1. D'bi Young Anitafrika, Canada


D'bi Young Anitafrika is an African-Jamaican Canadian performer, dub poet, director, dramaturg and more! Hxr website contains short video excerpts of performances, poems for purchase, and music videos.



2. Vivek Shraya, Canada


Vivek Shraya is a multidisciplinary Canadian trans artist whose recent theatre performance How to Fail as a PopStar premiered at Canadian Stage in February 2020. She is also well known for her music, visual art, and writing including the 2018 best seller I'm Afraid of Men.



3. Isabel Adomakoh Young, England


Isabel Adomakoh Young is an actor, feminist, activist, voice artist, drag performer, and writer working in London (UK). Isabel is a founder of the multidisciplinary festival Brainchild which runs in the summertime and a drag performer for Pecs which is comprised of non-binary and female artists.



4. Kama La Mackerel, Canada


Kama La Mackerel is a Mauritian-Canadian multi-talented multi-disciplinary artist based in Montreal. They are an artist, writer, and educator whose work explores themes of decolonization, justice, empowerment, and love through various art forms. Their first poetry collection will be published in September of this year.
